How long is the free trial?
14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature — simulcast streaming, bulk upload, invoicing, the works. You can run your first real auction during the trial at no cost.
Can I run both live (in-room) and online auctions simultaneously?
Yes. Selling Lane's simulcast feature lets in-person bidders and online bidders compete in the same auction in real time. Unified registration and payment means one system — no juggling two platforms. You can also run online-only timed auctions or in-room-only events.
Do you need a camera for simulcast?
No. Selling Lane's Live-Data Simulcast sends real-time bid data to online buyers without requiring a camera or video stream — making it ideal for rural venues, barns, warehouses, or any location with limited bandwidth.
What auction categories does Selling Lane support?

Do you support mobile bidding?
Yes. The bidder experience is fully mobile-optimized. Buyers can register, browse lots, place bids, and pay invoices entirely from their phone — no app download required. Sellers and clerks also have a mobile-friendly back office.
Can I white-label the auction site with my own brand?
Yes. Your auction website is included in your subscription and fully white-labeled — your logo, your colors, your domain. Bidders never see "Selling Lane" branding. You look like you built it yourself.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export auction results, bidder lists, invoices, and catalog data at any time. Your data is yours — no lock-in, no export fees.
What happens if a winning bidder doesn't pay?
You have full control. You can flag the bidder, offer the item to the next highest bidder, or re-list the lot. Non-paying bidders can be restricted from future auctions. Our platform tracks bidder history to help you identify risk before it costs you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on the monthly plan. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
